John Harper, Principal

Since 1975, John has been a designer and builder of residential properties. His unique resume reflects both breadth and depth of construction management experience. While attending the University of the Pacific, John entered the construction industry as a framing carpenter. Upon graduation, he formed a start-up company as a framing subcontractor.

Within a few short years the company’s focus had evolved into general contracting. This venture quickly rose to prominence, building an average of 40 custom homes per year. Later, to complement the residential experience, John signed with a Fortune 50 telecom firm to assist in their network expansion project.

John began the practice of CAD drafting & CAD management in 1985 and continues that passion today. He has been serving builders and homeowners who appreciate his attention to detail, his knowledge of construction, and his commitment to fulfilling the needs of his customer.

To assist his clients who have difficulty in visualizing the traditional 2D flat drawings, John has incorporated powerful 3D CAD modeling software.
